The brand new World of Dinosaurs attraction, located at Paradise Wildlife Park and set in acres of woodland, is one of the UK’s biggest and most spectacular animatronic dinosaur attractions.
Recently, we were invited to visit the park to see the life-sized moving and roaring dinosaurs in action.
Situated deep in the countryside, the Paradise Wildlife Park sets the perfect scene for this brilliant new attraction.
The entrance to the attraction itself begins perfectly with huge Jurassic Park style gates, and a walk through lined with big dinosaur teeth.
We took our time to venture around the exhibit to ensure we saw everything it had to offer. The dinosaurs look very realistic and each have their own information plaque. They all move and roar, and some even spit, for optimum effect. You could quite easily imagine yourself being transported back to prehistoric times.
The World of Dinosaurs exhibit features 30 lifelike dinosaurs to explore, a Dino Dig area, the Rex Express train ride and a fantastic dinosaur themed shop.
There are plenty of little themed surprises to look out for too, funny signage that is not to be missed, and some fab photo opportunity areas.
We probably spent about an hour at the World of Dinosaurs before heading into the rest of the Paradise Wildlife Park. The Park has been voted Hertfordshire’s top tourist attraction and it is clear to see why. With its huge range of animals and experiences, play areas, and restaurants, there is something for everyone in the family.
The park is kept immaculately clean and is very well maintained. Most importantly, the animals look cared for and seem happy in their enclosures. Known for its breeding and conservation work, PWP supports some fantastic animal projects around the world.
We had a fantastic day at the Paradise Wildlife Park and would absolutely recommend a visit. Do give yourself plenty of time to visit, as there really is so much to see and do.

August 26, 2018 at 11:28 pmThis looks like fun, I’d have been worried that my 3 year old granddaughter might find the dinosaurs a bit scary, but your kids don’t seem to have been frightened, so might have to visit next time we’re in the area
