Review: Serenz Allergy Relief

I have been suffering from hay fever for about the last 10 years and have struggled to find anything that will really ease my symptoms.  Unfortunately, this means that for 6 long months throughout the summer, I have itchy and watery eyes and a blocked or runny nose.  Attractive!

For this last week, I have been putting Serenz Allergy Relief to the test.  It is a hand-held device that uses only carbon dioxide to relieve nasal allergy symptoms and YES it does work.

Serenz allergy relief

For the first time since March, I have been able to breathe properly and I cannot tell you how relieved I am.

It is super simple to use, takes 10 seconds each nostril and provides instant relief.  Unlike antihistamines that need to be in your system for days before you feel any sort of benefit.

It is for use by AduIts (18 – 65 years old) and can be used as needed up to 6 times a day.  On the first day that I used Serenz, I needed it 4 times in the day.  Since, I have only needed to use it two or three times each day.

I have to admit, the first time I used the device, it felt uncomfortable.  A bit hard to describe if I’m honest but the sensation forced me to remove it from my nostril.

Put simply, it was all about user error.  I found that I naturally wanted to hold my breath whilst using the device which was where the issue was.  Now I simply breathe through my mouth when using it and I feel hardly any discomfort at all.

I absolutely love this product and cannot recommend it enough.  I use it as soon as I start feeling any symptoms which alleviates them immediately after use.

Another bonus is that it is nice and compact and so will fit nicely in your bag or pocket for when you are away from home.

If you have hay fever or any other nasal allergy, then you need this is your life.  You can buy Serenz online from Weldricks Pharmacy.

Luckily this year I switched antihistamines and I haven’t been anywhere near as ill with it as I usually am. This looks interesting, I might give it a try next year if I need to 🙂
