Flip Out is the UK’s leading trampoline park operator and the fastest-growing in the world. Young or old, full-time flipper or bouncing beginner, Flip Out have trampoline activities for everyone.
Its been 20-years since I bounced, straddled and pulled off a seat drop on the trampoline. It was definitely one of my favourite PE lessons at secondary school and I’m sure a lot of us can say that. When Flip Out got in touch recently to see if we would like to review our local trampoline park, I jumped at the chance. Ba dum tsh!
We chose to visit Flip Out London E6 as it is just up the road from my parents, and Nanny was able to join us. The venue was easy to find and there was plenty of free parking available in the Flip Out customer car park.
Before we could jump, each of us needed to sign a liability waiver which took no more than 5-minutes. To save time on arrival, the waivers can be completed online in advance.
We were each provided with a pair of green non-slip Flip Out socks, which had to be worn to increase grip on the trampolines. Flip Out socks cost £1.50 – £2.00 and are yours to keep for future visits. Lockers were available for the storage of belongings.
Every wall in the venue seemed to be decorated in graffiti and super impressive it was too. Huge thumbs up.
After watching a video safety briefing, we were allowed though to the park. There were plenty of marshalls located throughout to watch over visitors and lots of safety signage too.
The park was huge! End-to-end interconnecting flat and angled trampolines to suit all abilities, a slam dunk trampoline and long track trampoline.
Huge foam pits with battle beams are located to the far end of the trampoline park. The park also includes a 30ft drop super slide, a Laser Run maze, a Ninja Warrior course, arcade games area and Diner.
We atteneded the Saturday toddler session from (10am to 12pm), specifically for under 5s. The boys were a little anxious at first but before we knew it, we was chasing them everywhere. They absolutely loved it and needless to say, so did we.
There are some fab lighting effects throughout the park and loud music perfect for jumping around to. Unfortunately, because of the lighting, I wasn’t able to get many good quality photos, so can only apologise. I have shared as many as I can to highlight what the park has to offer.
My personal favourite was the Laser Run maze. Nanny and the boys enjoyed some time playing the arcade games, whilst Trevor and I gave the maze a try. We managed to conquer the Easy level, but the Hard level was mission impossible. Brilliant fun though, and we make no apologies for taking it seriously.
Flip Out Trampoline Parks are springing up all over the UK and are great fun for all the family. Not only are they fun, but there are plenty of health benefits too. Just ten minutes on a trampoline equates to thirty on a treadmill.
