Christmas Eve Box – The new tradition

A Christmas Eve Box has become one of the UK’s favourite family Christmas traditions.  Full of little treats for the whole family to enjoy together, they are a great way to add some extra sparkle to the eve of the big day.

There are plenty of craft materials, sticker books and ‘Make your own’ sets to choose from.  We love doing craft activities together and these will make for some great last-minute festive fun.

Some Christmassy chocolate treats and a Lucky Dip Christmas Special will no doubt go down well.  Perhaps I’ll throw in a Satsuma too?

We always buy our books from The Works and I love that they stock a huge selection of Christmas books.

A Christmas classic to snuggle up to and enjoy together will no doubt bring some Christmas Eve excitement to bedtime.

A new teddy to snuggle up to in bed, ready for the exciting morning ahead.

A personalised tree decoration to hang on the Christmas tree.

A stocking to hang just before bed, ready for Santa to deliver some gifts.

As wonderful as this sounds I think that they get enough on christmas day and so we stay away from christmas eve boxes.

Some lovely ideas. I’ve never done a Christmas eve box, I’m never organised enough. I’ll still be buying things for Christmas lunch, wrapping presents and baking Christmas cake by then 😉
